The government has decided to buy a supercomputer for critical data analysis, said Zunaid Ahmed Palak, state minister for ICT.
"If we have a suppercomputer, we could avoid flooding in the air zones by analyzing data much before the incident," Palak said.
The ICT division, at a meeting today, decided to buy a supercomputer, he added, adding that the government will not much time.
Currently, in all emergency people, go to Malaysia, said Palak.
"We have to have this computer for digitization reasons, which will ultimately save our assets and money."
